Okay, have taken another IQ test to verify the validity of the results of my previous attempt (scored 119). This time I used IQTest.com. My results confirmed my “above average” IQ score –  125. Actually I struggled a little translating some of the words and had to use Google Translate which of course lowered my score.  So, having in mind English is not my native language I think my real score is closer to 130 (the “gifted” category).
